Free Golf Lessons for Members

 

During 2017, Scottish Disability Golf will operate a free golf lesson grant programme, allowing Scottish based members to access local tuition with PGA Teaching Professionals. 

 

Our programme, which is funded by over twenty UK based Trusts and Foundations including the R&A,will provide a series of golf lessons, to a maximum of £75 per person.


We have already provided almost 3000 golf lessons and this year funded members in the Fife, Lothian, glasgow, Inverness & Nairn areas.  For more details on this programme, just fill in the brief form below.

The Phoenix Cup

 

Scottish Captain James Thomson has decided to announce his team for the Phoenix Cup at the Murrayshall Hotel in Perth, after the 2-day Millport competition later this month.  The top 8 players from the Scottish Order of Merit Championship Tables will automatically qualify.  Anyone from those 8, unable to attend will become a wild-card slot.  The Captain will then pick a minimum of 4 other wild-card places from the existing membership.  The full team and all the arrangements will be announced by the end of June.

Invitation

 

Scottish Disability Golf Members have been invited to participate in the 10th Madrid Open.  The event will be held on Saturday 30 September and Sunday 1 October, with a practice round on Friday 29 September at Encino Golf.  Registration fee is E55 and a tournament hotel offer for a twin/double room is E75.
